The kit utilizes antibodies specific to P.falciparum Histidine Rich Protein II (pHRP-ll) and to P. Lactate Dehydrogenase (P-LDH) to simultaneously detect and differentiate infection.
The test can be performed by untrained or minimally skilled personnel, without laboratory equipment.
