KEMCoV-19 – Covid-19 RT-PCR Kit

Purpose: Qualitative pathogen detection and characterization of SARS-CoV-2 RNA
The kit is designed to work with total nucleic acid isolated from nasopharyngeal and or oropharyngeal swabs for COVID-19 testing

Application: Reverse Transcription of the viral RNA into DNA & amplification through RealTime PCR

Description: Kit includes a master mix and a primer/probe mix.
